Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (UK)

• All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

• Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Flat-rate shipping: £3.55 per order, or FREE on orders over £50.

• Please note: Every order comes with a free gift to make that shipping cost feel a little more worth it. 

International Shipping

• We currently ship to most international destinations. We currently do NOT ship to the USA. 

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

• Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal service issues, customs, or unforeseen factors.

Order Tracking

Royal Mail 2nd Class does not include tracking by default. If you would like tracked shipping, please contact us before placing your order, and we can arrange an upgrade for an additional fee.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes applied by their country. Unfortunately, we cannot predict these charges.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. However, if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Shipping Restrictions

Some items may not be eligible for international shipping due to size, weight, or local regulations. If your order cannot be shipped, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us at chicrystals1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
