We take great care in packing and shipping your crystals to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item is damaged or broken during transit, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available if:

The item arrives damaged or broken.

You contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage.
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size or color preference (as crystals are natural and may vary slightly)

Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling
How to Request a Refund

Photos of the damaged item and its packaging

We’ll review your request and confirm if you’re eligible for a refund.
Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We may offer a replacement item (if available) instead of a refund, based on your preference.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for damaged or broken items.

If the same item is in stock, we will ship a replacement after confirming the damage.

If the item is out of stock, you may choose an item of equal value or opt for a refund.
